In cases of severe crowding, large discrepancies between tooth size and bone, or when IPR is no longer safe for your enamel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The key point: it\u2019s not \u201croutine\u201d\u2014it\u2019s based on indication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">I work with both approaches.
